Fausto Maria Monachesi
Partner
Fausto holds a degree in Business Economics from Bocconi University. He started his career in the real estate business at Realty Partners (2004) and has gained extensive experience in acquisitions and fund/asset management of property funds and assets on behalf of both Italian and international institutional investors, having consistently held leadership roles across these areas. He has also advised leading international private equity funds and family offices, strengthening his reputation as a trusted partner in the real estate investment sector. Fausto was previously the Head of Acquisition at Intesa Sanpaolo Reoco, Fund Manager Coordinator at InvestiRE SGR, Head of Acquisition at Polaris SGR (later merged with InvestiRE SGR), Head of Industrial BU (fund management) at Prelios SGR. Prior to joining the real estate industry, Fausto worked for Peugeot-Citroen (Groupe PSA) as an analyst in the Treasury Department.

Danilo Ratti
Partner
Danilo holds a Master of Science in Architecture from Politecnico di Milano. He obtained his professional qualification and received a Master in Urban Management at the Domus Academy di Milano. Danilo has worked actively in the real estate sector since 2000, specializing in asset management and development management and overseeing complex projects from start to completion. Among these are numerous large-scale initiatives (over 100,000 sqm), such as the entire redevelopment of the Milan “Bicocca” district, Ansaldo district, Portello district, Feltrinelli Porta Nuova (home office of Microsoft Italy) and FICO (the largest agri-food park in the world), this last two both winners of the MIPIM Award in 2018. Over nearly 25 years of experience, he has developed strong technical and managerial expertise spanning project evaluation, architectural design and permitting processes, tender management and supplier selection, construction supervision, as well as marketing activities and comprehensive support to sales and leasing.
Allison Danzi, CFA
Senior Investment Advisor
Allison graduated cum laude from New York University with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics in 2012 and graduated with honors from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2018. Prior to joining Realty Partners, she worked in California in venture capital at NextWave Ventures and institutional asset management at PIMCO as an Investment Strategist in the Global Solutions Group. Allison is a CFA® charterholder. Allison manages all stages of the investment process, from deal sourcing to execution. She is a trusted partner of international private equity funds, family offices, and local entrepreneurs, guiding investment decisions built on a firm understanding of the client's vision and the global investment environment.
