Fausto Maria Monachesi
Partner
Fausto Maria Monachesi holds a degree in Business Economics from Bocconi University. He has extensive experience in real estate acquisition and asset management. Fausto was previously the Head of Acquisition at Intesa Sanpaolo Reoco, Funds Coordinator at InvestiRE SGR, Head of Acquisition at Polaris SGR (later merged with InvestiRE SGR), Head of Industrial BU at Prelios SGR, and Associate at Realty Partners. Prior to joining the real estate industry, Fausto worked for Peugeot-Citroen (Groupe PSA) as an analyst in the Treasury Department.

Danilo Ratti
Partner
Danilo holds a Master of Science in Architecture from Politecnico di Milano. He obtained his professional qualification and received a Master in Urban Management at the Domus Academy di Milano. Danilo has worked actively in the real estate sector since 2000, specializing in asset management and development management and overseeing complex projects from start to completion. Among these are Feltrinelli Porta Nuova (home of Microsoft Italy) and FICO (the largest agri-food park in the world), both winners of the MIPIM Award in 2018.
Allison Danzi, CFA
Senior Investment Advisor
Allison graduated cum laude from New York University with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics in 2012 and graduated with honors from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2018. Prior to joining Realty Partners, she worked in California in venture capital at NextWave Ventures and institutional asset management at PIMCO as an Investment Strategist in the Global Solutions Group. Allison is a CFA® charterholder.
